减肥



新年过去啦...

我对自己说下个星期开始一定一定要减肥...

一直给妈妈念..叫我减肥叫我少吃...叫我做运动..

其实啊..12月我刚join 了gym... 但懒惰的我竟然只去了三次...hehe paiseh..

我要瘦肚,要瘦屁股,要瘦手臂..waa 全都很难瘦的部分...

hmm 要怎样开始我的diet plan 呢?

1) 少吃?
2)去gym?
3) 每天早晨早点起床跑步?
4)不吃晚饭?
5) 做sit up?

还有什么又快又有效果的呢??

  1. my way... eat oat every lunch @weekday... 70% full @nite... u can slim it after half yr... but now i no more such habits, so getting fat n fat liao :p

  2. oo really.. lot ppl told me to eat oat also but i din like plain food.. but i must try this time ..
